Slipholders of our marinas enjoy premier dockage at two of the region's best places to keep a boat. With primely-positioned properties, modern amenities and a knowledgeable staff, seasonal members of our resorts can rest assured in spending less time working, and more time enjoying.
All of our docks are equipped and protected with emergency fire systems, and piers are walked multiple times each day to ensure your vessel is safe. Both Haven Harbour Marina and Haven Harbour South boast deep water slips, providing you access to well marked channels minutes away from the prime cruising grounds of the upper Chesapeake Bay.

Hurricane Season Precautions
As a slipholder of Haven Harbour Marina or Haven Harbour South, there is no fee or charge to be placed on our emergency hurricane haul-out list. You may have your vessel added any time by sending us an email request to email@havenharbour.com
or by visiting our marine stores.
In the case of a hurricane, the haul-out list will be activated and vessels will be placed on land according to order of sign-up date. Those who wait to sign-up for the list during the onset of a potential storm may risk not being hauled in time. If this happens, we will notify the owners and make any necessary in-water storm preparations.
Please note that once the process has been initiated we will not have time to confirm hauling. If your vessel is on the haul-out list and management sees fit to activate that list, your vessel will be hauled without further notification.
Once the threat of a storm has passed, we will immediately begin re-launching vessels and returning them to their slips. There are few circumstances during which storm-hauled vessels are left on-shore. If possible to do so, a re-blocking fee will be assessed to the slipholder's account.
